Dot Campus offers a 7-day refund window for all course enrolments. This ensures learners have enough time to confirm that the programme and platform meet their expectations.

Refund Eligibility

  1. Full Refund (First 7 Days)

    Learners who cancel within the first 7 days of enrolment are eligible for a 100% refund, no questions asked.

  2. Prorated Refund (After 7 Days)

    After the initial 7-day period, refunds will be prorated based on the number of days already used in the enrolment period.

    Example:

    If a 30-day enrolment is cancelled after 10 days, you will receive a refund for the unused 20 days.

  3. Non-Refundable

Refund Processing

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 3–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Some payment methods may take longer.

Please note: Refunds for payments not made directly on our website (e.g., third-party vendors or resellers) must be resolved with the respective vendor.
