1. Scope

This Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, and use of personal data by Dot Campus in connection with its SkillBridge platform, including self-paced learning, mentorship, adaptive tutoring, and virtual classroom services.

2. Personal Data Collected

We collect and process the following categories of personal data:

• Identification Data: Name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender.
• Account Data: Login credentials, profile information, learner progress, mentor/tutor ratings.
• Financial Data: Payment and payout details (processed via Paystack/Flutterwave). We do not store card details.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, access times.
• Usage Data: Course enrolments, session attendance, wallet transactions.
• Analytics Data: Collected through trusted third-party tools (Google Analytics, Zoho Analytics, Hotjar, LaunchDarkly).

3. Children and Minors

SkillBridge is available only to individuals 18 years and older. Learners under 18 may only access private lessons outside the platform, subject to verified parental or guardian consent.
