1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between Dot Campus Africa Ltd. (“Dot Campus”, “we”, “us”) and any individual accessing or using the SkillBridge platform (“you”, “learner”, “mentor”, “tutor”).

By creating an account or using SkillBridge, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• Learners must be at least 18 years of age.
• Scholarships, discounts, or trial offers are conditional and may be revoked if you violate these Terms.

3. Enrolment Fees

• Enrolment fees are payable per course.
• No refunds are granted for enrolment fees, regardless of withdrawal after enrolment.
• Completion of enrolment grants full access to the course materials for the duration of the course.

4. Session Fees and Escrow

• Fees for mentorship and tutoring sessions are held in escrow until completion.
• Refunds for learner:
  • Mentor/Tutor no-show: Full refund to the learner.
  • Learner no-show: No refund to the learner and full payment to the mentor/tutor.
  • Both no-show: Full refund to the learner and no payment to the mentor/tutor.
  • Partially completed sessions: Learner wallet refunded and mentor paid on a pro-rata basis.
• Learners wallet balances may be withdrawn upon request to [email protected]. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–5 working days.
